* Timing... late this evening through early Monday evening.
* Hazards... heavy snow.
* Accumulations... 2 to 4 inches.
* Winds... north 20 to 30 mph with gusts 40 mph.
* Visibilities... as low as half a mile at times.
* Impacts... downed tree limbs and power lines possible causingpower outages.
